Cherkas Global University is pleased to announce the publication of the first edition of the Guide to the Holdings of the Archive of Cherkas Global University.

The Guide provides a systematic overview of the Archive’s collections and reflects the development of the University’s archival holdings since the establishment of the Archive in 2024. It was compiled by Alexander C. Cherkas, PhD (History) and published in Houston by Cherkas Global University Press in 2026. The publication was approved by the Academic Council of Cherkas Global University (Protocol No. 6, August 23,2026).

As of August 22,2026, the Archive comprises 5 fonds, 20 inventories, and 375 files, totaling 11,309 leaves/items. Its holdings include materials on the history of Cherkas Global University, the Cherkasov family of Keret, American Masonic organizations, as well as documentary collections relating to the history of Central Asia and the Caucasus.

The publication of the first edition of the Guide marks an important stage in the development and systematization of the Archive of Cherkas Global University.
