Under this heading, we will present the most noteworthy acquisitions added to the Museum, Archive, and Library of Cherkas Global University during the past month.

In December 2025, the Museum received an important artifact: a Knight Templar uniform from the Templar Illinois Brigade. This brigade was formed in the state of Illinois in the 1920s and represents a significant chapter in the history of American Knights Templar organizations.

Among the archival acquisitions, special attention should be given to the Beneficiary Certificate of Newark Commandery No. 2, dated 1882, which provides valuable insight into the social and institutional practices of late nineteenth-century Commanderies.

Finally, one of the most rare and notable additions to the Library collection is the book Transactions of the R.E. Grand Commandery of Knights Templar and Appendant Orders of the State of Texas, published in Houston in 1883. This volume constitutes an important primary source for the study of the history and organizational development of Texas Knights Templar.
