Cherkas Global University has completed a new historical display entitled The Origins of Cherkas Global University Press, 1992—1997, dedicated to the early history of the institution's publishing activities.
The display documents the formative period of a publishing tradition that began in 1992 and subsequently developed into Cherkas Global University Press.
The centerpiece of the exhibition is an original issue of Vestnik Leib-Gvardii (No. 1—II, January 1997), published in Sochi, Russia, by the Headquarters of the Southern Russian District of the United Imperial Corps.
The exhibition also features a historical photograph, an enlarged fragment of page four containing information about the newspaper's editorial board, and explanatory labels identifying the publication and its historical significance.
Particular attention is given to the editorial activities of A. A. Cherkasov and E. A. Khramova, whose names appear in the newspaper's editorial materials.
The display provides documentary evidence of the early publishing activities associated with the institutional history of Cherkas Global University.
The preparation of this exhibition forms part of the university's ongoing efforts to preserve, document, and present its historical heritage, including original publications, archival materials, and other evidence of its institutional development.
Cherkas Global University continues to preserve the documentary legacy of its publishing activities, tracing their origins to 1992.
